SRIMAD BHAGVAD GITA — LORD KRISHNA’S OWN WORDS

Chapter 3 Karma Yoga

r219

CHAPTER 3,   SHLOKA 23

3-23

After saying in the previous shloka that there is no obligation for the Lord of the Universe to engage in work, still he (Krishna) engages in work. This is because he says, as he had mentioned in sloka 21, that people follow what a great man does.People blindly follow without judging whether the action is good or bad, true or false etc if it is performed by their chosen ideal. The business houses use the sports stars, movie stars etc to promote their products as they know people will blindly try to emulate their favourite stars and follow them. Also if any shortcomings or lapses are seen in them, people try to indulge in these actions and then justify it by showing finger at their ideal.

So Krishna says that he works  incessantly and untiringly to set a high Ideal for the people to follow.

 NIFTY FUTURES

What I said last week: False break has taken place.Target is 7512-7498 and second target is 7159- (7078-7052).A close above 7716 will lead to negation of downward corrective trend.

What Happened Last Week: Nifty futures touched 7513 on Monday itself and missed the target of 7512 by one point. On Friday it made a low of 7511.In the meantime it did not break the given stoploss.

What to expect this week :If Nifty Futures closes below 7498 for a day or two expect the downward targets of 7159.If 7716 is broken then it will be bullish.Markets will be very volatile due to Iraq situation.
