Tofu Bhurji

Gastronomy

This recipe is an adaptation of the popular Paneer Bhurji, a spicy Indian dish made with paneer, onion and spices. Here paneer is replaced with tofu, which is low in calories and an excellent source of proteins. This dish is as easy to make as it is delicious. Serve this with Indian flatbreads for a sumptuous meal.

Lord Krishna says, it is very necessary to understand between

1) Karma or Action according to dharma.

2) Forbidden Karma or adhArmic Karma

3) Inaction

People resort to inaction as an excuse since it is very difficult to understand or draw a line between Karma and forbidden Karma. In a Parliamentary election, if someone does not go to cast his/her vote saying the record of all candidates irrespective of party is bad then that person is following the path of “Inaction”.
